Prayer is a time that you devote to yourself, your thoughts, and your needs. The biggest misconception of prayer is that it is strictly for religious purposes. My friend I implore you to try this simple frame of prayer. When you release your emotions and concerns into the universe through prayer you accomplish many great benefits. More often then not, life always has a way of answering you back.
Step 1: State your never ending thanks for “this moment, this life, this breathe”.
Step 2: Release your concerns, questions, and needs.
Step 3: Reaffirm your goals and missions. If you’re lost on your goals and missions, ask for purpose.
Step 4: Make note of those with health disparages. Pray for world peace. Envision a life with renewable energies, less crime, etc.
Step 5: Again give thanks. You can never be over thoughtful about how thankful you are for family, friends, situations, summer time, snow, your pets, music etc.
I know I say it often, but always remember how precious every second of life is. Prayer can lift the world from your chest and create an everlasting sense of HOPE in your heart and soul.
