BGH: What does it mean to be fit

Question of the Day: What does living a fit life mean to you?

Living Your Best Life

Some people believe living a fit life means you have to be a certain shape or weight. However, living a fit life doesn’t mean you have to hit the gym every day. Living a fit life is more than checking the number on the scale. Living a fit life is more than depriving yourself of your favorite foods and dropping a few pounds. So, that’s why I ask …

What does living a fit life mean to you?

Take this woman, for example, she says living a fit life allows her to do what she wants when she wants. And that’s enough reason for her to prioritize her health. Overall, she’s telling her followers that living a healthy life allows mobility.

I’m challenging you to start thinking about the things you do daily to live healthier.

My Personal Response

For me, being fit allows me to accomplish any goal I set forth. Whether it’s to run a 5k, start a business or help others achieve their fitness goals, I know because of fitness my mind is mentally clear. This allows me to keep focus and be aware of the direction I want to go in hopes to achieve my personal goals.

Now it’s your turn …
