“How you doin!” Wendy Williams is well known in the media for telling it like it is attitude and giving her brutally honest opinion. Her talk show is a fan favorite and continues to keep people entertained. Recently, Wendy has been noted for her 50 lb. weight loss she has said she is feeling great and is in the best shape of her life.

Wendy has been very truthful with her fans about her yo-yo dieting and her desire to lose weight. She even went as far as to tell fans how she has been dieting basically all her life and that her first diet was at the young age of 6. The 51 year old television personality has stated that now “” she goes to the gym because it’s not about her losing weight at this point, it’s about her trying to fight heart disease.” Beyond “lots of cardio” and Pilates”, she revealed she has gone meat-free: ” She also went on to say that she doesn’t love food as much as she used to and she has dropped refined sugars, dairy and eating after dark all while she’s “picked up on other great habits like juicing.” Williams has showed us that slow and steady is the name of the game and I for one think she looks fabulous. #WCW
