“I’m looking at these pics like where did the time go. My baby is growing up so fast. I remember when I had Nylah I couldn’t believe how much my body changed. I didn’t even recognize myself. Even as an athlete growing up I did not exercise much during pregnancy with her and after giving birth I was just not trying to do anything. I was a new mom I was struggling to breastfeed because she was just not latching and I was frustrated and so emotional about it wanted everything naturally. Then I was starting classes and working part-time. Gym… What’s that! It took me a year after giving birth to start back training. I took my time to enjoy my baby and to get back into it rather than being suck into social media and #snapbacks. With Nyomi tried to jump back into but needed the time so I did the same enjoyed her and then got back into it. That’s just how it is sometimes.”
