If you’re anything like me, I know you couldn’t resist all the delicious food during the holiday season. From the taste of macaroni and cheese and sweet potato pie, your taste buds were in heaven. However, despite the satisfaction of your taste buds, your body is yearning for nourishment.

By this point, you might feel bloated and may have even gained a few pounds, but don’t get discouraged. Your body just needs to detox! A detox will help the body reset its metabolism so you can start incorporating a balanced diet. Here are the top 3 ways you can detox the body after indulging in some of your favorite foods.

10-day Green Smoothie Cleanse – Drinking three green smoothies a day can help eliminate waste through the digestive system, rid harmful toxins from the body, and minimize the overgrowth of candida (bad bacteria) in the gut.
