Now, at the age of 44, she feels that she is more fit and stronger than ever. According to Fitness Magazine, Liu says “I’m smarter, stronger, and more confident than I was in my twenties.”  Liu shows that running on the treadmill or lifting weights may not be the best weight loss solution for everyone.
