CALM YOUR NERVES BY BREATHING

Breathing is by far the most effective way to reduce anxiety and relax your self. When we become anxious or nervous or entirely too stressed out (all the time right?) we naturally begin a domino effect in our systems; our throats close, pinching off our airways and we breath in tiny, shallow, ineffective breathes. This altered type of breathing contributes to a higher heart rate and high blood pressure. Not having enough oxygen to your tissues can increase the amount of work your organs do.
