Bootcamp Workout: 4 Box + Med Ball Power Moves
- Squat Thrust to Box Jump
- Core Slam to Elevated Thrust
- Forward Lunge with Rotation to Seated Overhead Press
- Russian Twist Slam
You can watch the video to learn how to perform each movement effectively. Try to complete each workout for 15 reps and 3-5 sets.
