Smoothie on the go! What better way to jump start your morning workout then with a fruit smoothie filled with the best nutrients guaranteed to give you energy throughout the day.

In my smoothie I use frozen blueberries, strawberries, a banana, whole cherries, mangos, Whey protein power, flax seeds, and coconut almond milk. Put all these ingredients into your blender then let the magic begin. Not only is this drink extremely healthy, but it tastes amazing.

Use this in place of sugary sports drinks and energy boosters. Trust me this will give you twice the energy without the sugar overload, which makes you sluggish in the long run. All ingredients can be found at your nearest grocery store. Remember stay FIT, stay Healthy, and stay SEXI! #teamfitthursdays
