“SHE’LL TWIRL FOR YOU-“ KENYA MOORE TALKS ABOUT HOW SHE STAYS IN SHAPE!

If you come for her she’ll “twirl” for you! Kenya Moore has no shame in her game as one of The Real House Wives of Atlanta’s leading ladies. Not only is she blunt and outspoken, but she is also very particular about people using her correct title as being former “Miss USA”.  

At 45 years young she is living life to its fullest and Ms. Moore works extra hard to keep her body in tip top shape.  Kenya is known to even discuss her weight publicly. At 5 foot 10 inches tall Kenya states that she weighs a slender 145 pounds.  Some of Kenya’s main tips for keeping her body in shape are “Always eat breakfast, always do pushups and squats before bed. Stretch every day, meditate every day.”

She works out every day, doing cardio and strength training exercises. She has also put out her own workout video called “Booty Boot Camp” that helps people all over the world get that Stallion booty she so proudly talks about on her show.  With her class and sass Kenya is sure to keep us on our toes for many years to come. #WCW
