Today is Monday and sometimes Mondays can hit us hard. Dreading the work week, school week it is hard to avoid our daily tasks after a relaxing weekend. Sometimes it is all in our mind. How we go into the week, the mindset we have is extremely important.
Sometimes waking up on Mondays we dread the tasks we have waiting for us following the weekdays ahead. By waking up and immediately having positive thoughts, being grateful will follow you the rest of the day.
It may be difficult but try starting your day by verbally saying what you are grateful for. It can be something small like being grateful for simply opening your eyes, having the ability to smell and by changing your perspective it will start a pattern for not just your Monday mornings, but all of your mornings.
