As a BGH girl, I also like to jazz up my running shoes, it gives me motivation to run more throughout the week. So, I get shoes with different colors or buy fun shoe strings that scream personality. I also try to get new running shoes every 4-6 months to keep from wearing down the soles and to bring some new excitement to my fitness regimen. Remember stay FIT, stay HEALTHY, and stay SEXII!
