Take a Beach Trip The sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun, the cool breeze, and the sand in your toes is guaranteed to give you some much needed relaxation. Even if not for a full day’s trip, a little bit of time walking the shore is great for your less stress for less mess!
Have Yourself a Little Picnic It’s one thing to go to a restaurant and eat outside, but it is another thing to pick a quiet little spot with a basket of tasty food and have yourself a little picnic. The great thing about picnics is that you can choose to enjoy it with others or alone. Either way the key word is to enjoy!
Unplug I know. It sounds difficult to do, especially considering the fact that so much of our lives requires us to be plugged in. Maybe that’s the problem. Maybe just every once in a while, put down the phone and laptop and grab a good book or spend unplugged time with friends. Just unplug from the stress!
