You’ve heard of magnesium right ladies? It’s a super important mineral that exists in fruits, veggies, nuts, fish, and dark-leafy-greens. What does this mineral have to do with stress?
A lack of magnesium can cause a bunch of problems:
- muscle spasms (can be severe)
- blood pressure problems
- risk of osteoporosis (brittle bones – meaning they could break very easily!)
- decreased energy

When a person is under too much stress, it causes magnesium to be used up. Over time this can cause your heart muscles and tissues to be destroyed.
So what’s the moral of the story? Eat magnesium rich foods and keep that stress level down, babe! Your heart and body depend on it.
