JLO Reveals How She Stays Sexy With Her Diet

Today’s #WCW goes to the beautiful Jennifer Lopez. Ms. Lopez has been known for years for her curvaceous figure and of course her infamous BOOTAY. Wanna know her secret? It all comes down to her diet.

The former singer and “American Idol” judge tells glamour magazine that the way she looks is always on her mind. Which makes sense. As an entertainer, staying healthy and toned is a major part of her job. Fortunately for JLo, staying fit comes a little easier for her than it may be for others. She says “I’ve got an athletic body, I’ve worked out my whole life and I’ve been incredibly disciplined when I needed to be.”

But, that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement. Continuing to keep up a healthy diet and intensive fitness routine are the keys to keeping her sexy bod and shedding the pounds when she needs to. Her fitness and diet routine consist of a strict vegan diet and 6 hour daily dance sessions. She has openly said that she is now in the best shape of her life.

So what exactly does this strict vegan diet look like? Well, for breakfast, she’s eating a millet cereal topped with bananas, blueberries, and finished with almond milk as a whole milk substitute. For lunch, she has a vitamin-rich kale salad with red peppers. Finally, her dinner includes zucchini pasta, topped with vegan cheese and tomatoes. This holds true that in order to accomplish your health and fitness goals you have to not only workout, but you also have to have a nutritious diet full of healthy foods.
