Tips for improving your oral health:

  1. Brush your teeth two times a day (once in the morning and once at night)
  2. Floss your teeth after each meal
  3. Use toothpaste with tartar and plaque ontrol, as well as mouthwash
  4. Brush your teeth with charcoal just 2-3 times a week (don’t overdo it because you don’t want to thin your teeth)
