HYLEAS FOUNTAIN’S TRICKS TO KEEPING HOLIDAY POUNDS AT BAY
I know it’s the holidays, but it is still very important to eat healthy and continue your workout regimen. I will let you know my tricks to keeping the pounds off.
- I first drink a glass of water. Water fills the belly up and you don’t feel as hungry.
- I then look for the fresh fruits and veggies (Stick with a small plate if you can’t find any). This will help with portion size. Eating slow and savoring every bite.
- I like to wait at least 10mins before heading back for seconds.
- Finally, plan a walk or run with friends to get any of the bad food you may have consumed off.
