Additionally, reducing the consumption of alcohol is important as a study found that women who drank one or more beers a day increased their risk by more than 50 percent as alcohol raises the level of hormones needed for fibroids to grow. It is also important to be mindful of balancing your estrogen levels. This can be done with not only birth control but Maca root is a great alternative method.
