Coronavirus is changing how we approach our day-to-day. We are no longer working or living the same way, and this can have a serious impact on our overall health. Although this is a difficult time for many, it’s important to try to maintain some normalcy.

While spending countless hours at home, you might start to notice that you have become glued to your television more than usual. Although, there is no harm in taking some time to relax, being confined to your couch can be damaging your health. Overeating or anxious eating might sound like an easy way to pass the time, especially if you’re stuck at home. However, if not controlled it can lead to overall health problems. When stressed your brain produces cortisol, a stress hormone that seeks comfort food like salty, sweet, or processed foods to help give you energy and pleasure. 

There are many methods to help ease any dietary issues you may have, like finding a way to reduce your stress levels or creating a meal schedule to keep you inline.
