Misty Copeland has become one of the most famous ballerinas in the world within just a few short years. Among her many accomplishments she is most noted for being the first African American dancer to star in a major ballet company’s production of Swan Lake.

Misty has noted in previous interviews to keep her ballerina figure in tip top shape she takes on a pescetarian diet which consist of eating no red meat or pork, just seafood. Although, she eats pretty healthy Misty does admit to having a cookie addition in particular peanut butter cookies.  When it comes to her workout regimen Misty uses her dance training to keep her in shape. Sculpting her body is her main focus when picking an exercise routine. At 34 years old Misty is living proof that dreams really do come true.
