Looking to Get in Shape? Follow a Fit Mom on Social Media!

Being a fit mom is no easy job!

As women we tend to juggle it all – take care of the house, raise the children, be a good partner, and manage our career. With all that is going on in life, sometimes we can’t even make time to hit the gym. As a mother, you often find yourself putting your family first and health second. Unfortunately, if you aren’t giving your body the “me time” it deserves to stay motivated and fit everything else will fall apart.

Here are some women that continue to set examples for all future fit moms to follow.

Natalie Nunn

Fit Mom Natalie Nunn working out with baby journey From Bad Girls Club to health and fitness entrepreneur, Natalie Nunn dedicated her time to get in shape prior to having her daughter Journey. Pre and Post pregnancy she followed her home fitness routine No Payne, No Gain 90 Day Challenge. She kept her body tight and encouraged other women to get their sexy back and waist snatched.

Tiffany Darlyn

Youtube fashion and beauty vlogger Tiffany Darlyn is the true definition of what it takes to be a fit mom. Even after having three beautiful baby boys, Jaden, Chance, and Carter, she finds time to meal prep and workout daily. Whether training for her next bodybuilding competition or detoxifying her body, Tiffany makes being a fit mom look easy.

Teyana Taylor

Entertainer Teyana Taylor stopped the internet with her quick snapback body after giving birth to baby girl, Iman. Thousands of women wanted to know her secret moves for gaining breathtaking abs. As a result, she decided to launch her first fitness program fade2fit. Fade2fit incorporates dance moves to get the heart rate pumping and the calories burning. She credits dancing helped her rid the baby weight and revert her body.

There are no magical pills or quick-fix workout moves to stay a fit mom. All these women work extremely hard each day to adopt a healthy lifestyle.  A proper diet and daily exercise helps them to take control of their health and fulfill their most important role as mothers.
