Ladies, after a long day at work, hustling to make ends meet, taking care of the kids when do you have time for yourself? Right before you go to bed!

Focused energy meditation is perfect for TWICE a day and can be accomplished in 10-15min. The focus of this is INTENT. Right before you go to bed your intent could be some thing like: having a good night sleep, relaxing the strain in your muscles, not letting your mind slip into negative thoughts, keeping yourself from getting sick, or easing a tension headache.

In the morning your intent should be strength on work project, patience for the day to come, welcoming great possibilities and always remember to give thanks for being alive!

Prior to the meditation, state your intent aloud to yourself. Say it strong and proud. Then, shut your eyes and deep breathe. Breathe your intention through your head and all the way down to your toes. Once your body feels “filled” with your intent and you feel like you’ve gotten the point across, take a few more deep, clearing breathes, releasing the negativity. Optimal time is 15min.

KEYS to intent: live in the NOW! Do not focus your energy solely on something in the distant future. Focus on grounding yourself in the here and now and making yourself a better person RIGHT now, NOT later. Your time is now beautiful, don’t let that slip away.
Try this for a week straight and I promise not only will you feel like a million bucks, you’ll feel accomplished, beautiful on the inside and out, and ready to conquer anything!
