Here’s a pancake recipe that will help you satisfy your sweet tooth, but still provider your body some nutritional value.

Happy Monday tribe! Who loves pancakes? Here’s a yummy plant based ? ? maple muffin pancake recipe ?[tag a friend and read below] My baby @tru_supplements is also safe for pregnant/breastfeeding moms. Make sure you follow us. What your sexy self will need: 1 cup rolled oats 1 small ripe banana 1tbsp chia seeds 1 scoop Banana maple muffin ( available www.gettrusupps.com) 1 cup + 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder Vanilla extract & cinnamon to taste Add 3tbsp of warm water to the 1tbs of chia seeds. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, bend all ingredients together and let it sit for 2 mins. Mixture will be thick, add more water if needed. Cook in medium heat using very minimal coconut oil in a non stick pan. On top: in a small pot add two sliced strawberries + 1tbsp sugar free jelly. Add a few drops of lemon juice, a few drops of liquid organic stevia and 1tbs water. Plant-based Maple Muffin Pancake Recipe:

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 small ripe banana

1tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop Banana maple muffin ( available www.gettrusupps.com)

1 cup + 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder Vanilla extract & cinnamon to taste

Add 3tbsp of warm water to the 1tbs of chia seeds.

Cook batter in a non-stick pan with coconut oil over medium heat.
