EXERCISE OF THE WEEK: JUMPS SQUATS

Jump squats, a killer combination for both cardiovascular fitness, and building leg muscle. For a higher intensity workout add weights to the exercise. Perform 4 sets of 15 repetitions each. Rest 30 seconds in between each set. If you have any questions please email me at aveigle@hotmail.com
