EXERCISE OF THE WEEK: “ BYE BYE ARMS” with Amy Veigle

If you want to get the most out of your workouts, try focusing on a different area of your body each day. We’ll help you stay on track with an exercise of the week. This week, we have the perfect exercise for arm day.

Are you tired of the jiggle your upper arms do every time you say goodbye? Yea, us too. While they aren’t cute, the good new is that “Bye Bye Arms” are pretty easy to get rid of. They generally occur due to lack of exercise so the quickest way to get rid of them are with arm exercises. Want to finally say good bye to those “bye bye arms”? Follow the steps below for a great exercise to get you started.

  1. Grab a chair at home and start getting your triceps nice and toned.
  2. Keep your hands as close as possible to your hips
  3. Bend your elbows, keep your core tight.
  4. Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions each set, increase your repetitions as you get stronger.
  5. Add running in place for a minute in between sets for maximum calorie burn.

Finalmente un ejercicio para eliminar las “alas” este ejercicio endureceré y tonifica los triseps. Con una silla cualquiera empiece con las manos lo más cerca posible de sus caderas, doble los codos y flexionen los tríceps. Hagan 3 conjuntos de 12 repeticiones cada conjunto. Mientras más fuerte se pongan, más repeticiones deberían añadir. Para quemar más calorías entre conjuntos corran en lugar por un minuto.
