Melting the wax of a candle and using it to coat your hands isn’t only relaxing, but will provide moisture to your hands. Doing this is not only relaxing, but it can also helps with health ailments, such as sore joints or rheumatoid arthritis.
How to accomplish this at home? Use either a bowl or melt the wax in the microwave for about 30-60 seconds, or use a candle warmer. Make sure that the wax is a moderate temperature and slowly pour into a nitrile disposable glove or a basin, then insert your hand in the glove or lay both sides of your hand in the basin. To maintain the heat and fully enjoy the treatment wrap a towel around your hands. Let the wax stay on for 10 to 15 minutes and then proceed to peel the wax off.
Additional cleanup, such as a towel may also be needed to remove any and all wax from your hands. This should leave your hand feeling rejuvenated and very soft to touch. To spice it up you may use aromatherapy candles for the scent.
