HERB LEMON ROASTED CHICKEN
This is a wonderful way to spice up your chicken, not to mention it's quick and easy to prepare. Calories and fat intake are not bad either. (138 calories and 2 grams of fat) 2- 5 ounce boneless chicken breast ½ cup of your favorite fresh herbs ( rosemary, thyme, sage, chives, oregano etc.) 1 tablespoon or ½ of a fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 zest of a lemon Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional) 4 teaspoons olive oil ¼ teaspoon salt & pepper or to your taste Preheat the oven 350 F In a small bowl, combine the herbs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and oil.
