Conquer Stress By Zoning Out

Ever been out and about with friends, relaxed in class or at home and your mind wonders? You loose track of time and all you can remember doing is catching up on your thoughts and life questions? Most people call this "zoning out". I think many of us “zone out” at least 2-3 times a day. It can be for long periods, where hours pass or just a few fleeting moments you find for yourself. Did you know that this is a type of meditation? Yes, shocking isn't it. Meditation never needs to be something formal with steps and regimented, unless you have an intent or task at mind. Part 3 ( Dangers of Eyebrow Tints)

I often get the questions concerning safety of eyebrow tints.  Of course, I understand it is perfectly normal to want to change how your eyebrows look when you have changed your hair dye. But, you must consider the dangers, risks and side effects of these tints as well. Common side effects and risks of eyebrow tinting include; eye skin irritation, granuloma (tissue inflammation over a small area), and contact dermatitis, among many others. Some people might experience the worst case of swelling and/or inflammation, which could cause blindness. How to reduce the severity of side effects The eyebrow tinting side effects may vary from one person to another. Therefore, it’s important to do an allergy test, by placing a small patch of the chosen tint brand on your...

Now that you know how to heal yourself with breathing and are aware of the many benefits of meditation let us conquer light therapy. Light therapy is a meditation technique that allows you to use color to heal your negative emotions and align your mood into positivity. This form involves candles or mindful focus on color. Colors have a lot to do with chakra involvement (which I will be writing about soon!). My all time favorites are the use of both white and red candles on a daily basis. White for clarity and healing, red for strength. Using both of these candle colors helps with conjuring a presence that YOU are in control of. Never let circumstance dictate your present, moods, and emotions. Tip if you have...
