GREEK TURKEY SALAD W/ DILL VINAIGRETTE

This recipe will use up some of that leftover turkey from Thanksgiving.  ENJOY!! INGREDIENTS: 3 cups chopped cooked turkey 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved 1 cup chopped cucumber 1 cup chopped green bell peper 1 cup pitted kalamata olives sliced 1 container of baby spinach ½ cup light olive oil ¼ cup red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon of fresh or dry dill 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley 2 tablesppon agave nectar Sea salt  and black pepper to taste DIRECTIONS: In a large bowl, put spinach, turkey, tomatoes, olives, bell pepper, cucumbers. Set aside a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar , shallot, dill, parsley, agave nectar, salt, pepper. Pour over salad and toss. For the past 16 months I've been transitioning from relaxed hair to natural, and I've been doing so without weaves. While I've had set backs I've also had great results and learned important tips along the way. I've learned that the key to healthy hair and growth is Moisturize Moisturize Moisturize! This week we will be working with a more complex exercise. A combination of push ups, pull up burpees. This is an intermediate to advanced exercise designed to push you to a stronger new you. It is designed to target your chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, legs, and cardio (a big bang for your buck) In previous videos I have demonstrated burpees, and push ups. It’s Time to trade those bright-summer shades in for some fall shades. Much like the fashion industry the color palette changes with the seasons. Spring and summer shades are bright, whereas autumn and winter shades are a little on the dark side. Ideas for colors for autumn would be: deep shades of Reds, Blues, Purples, Browns, Greens, and last but, not least my favorite Nudes.
