WHAT’S COOKIN’ KJ: DETOX BROTH TO JUMP START YOUR NEW YEARS DIET
This is the time of the year that everyone wants to detox, Have this broth through out the day and you are on your way. ENJOY!! DIRECTIONS: 1 pound chicken or turkey breast 2 carrots , peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces 2 celery stalks ,cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped 2 garlic cloves , peeled 2 shallots, thinly sliced 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary 2 dried bay leaf DIRECTIONS: In a medium to large saucepan, bring 8 cups water, chicken, carrots, celery, ginger, garlic, shallots, rosemary, and bay leaf to a boil over medium heat.
