GRIEVING OVER THE HOLIDAYS

The best part of the holidays is surrounding your-self with family and special friends. Being around people you love is always the best present you can have during this season. But what about when that loved one has passed away? Grieving can be quite a taxing and stressful emotion that is, unfortunately, heightened over this holiday season. This emotion presents its self through depression, feeling very tired, sorrow, poor appetite, feeling anti-social, and many other things. It is important to remember that grieving is normal. When a person holds a unique, untouchable, and beloved place in your heart it's almost a given that a piece of you feels missing when they're gone. It's also easy to let the sorrow and grief overwhelm you, leading to even more grief and sorrow. On the holidays...

Poor digestion is very common, and especially so during the holiday season.  How do you know if you’re not digesting well? Some signs might be: Abdominal discomfort after eating or acid reflux, gas, abdominal bloating, and/or belching, the feeling that food is just sitting in your stomach after meals, or your stool that has undigested food, is oily, or floating in the toilet.   If any or these symptoms sound familiar to you, you’re probably a good candidate for taking digestive enzymes.
