It's a New Year so why not a new you? We are stepping up our game by combining 2 exercises and just revving up your metabolism.  The first one is mountain climbers, perform 30 seconds to a minute. Are you ready to get rid of acrylic nails and go back to natural nails? Transitioning back to natural nails can be time consuming, so it requires patience with your nails. Here are some tips that will help you get those healthy nails back. Looking for a low carb meal to help you on your weight loss journey. This one fits the purpose and it’s absolutely delicious. ENJOY!! INGREDIENTS: 6 -8 tilapia fillets 1/2 bottle of canola oil 1 large piece of ginger (thinly sliced) 3 large garlic cloves 1 large bunch fresh cilantro 1 bunch green onions cut in half Sea salt Black pepper DIRECTIONS: Heat oil in a large frying pan with garlic cloves until garlic becomes golden brown.
