EXERCISE OF THE WEEK: BENCH STEP UPS

Here's a good exercise to get that "Butt lift" We are building our summer body during the winter months! I can't wait for you to see the results of your hard work.  Today we will be working on bench step ups. This is a great exercise for the legs as a whole, but mainly targeting your gluteus.  Start stepping up with one leg, alternating legs for a total of 10 to 12 repetitions per leg.  Maintain your core engaged throughout the entire exercise and squeeze your gluteus as you step up on the bench.  To get an even better workout step up on the bench and lift the opposite leg back, stay on the same leg until you complete your 12 repetitions, and then alternate leg.  As...

HOW TO FIX BROKEN MAKEUP

I could not count the amount of money I have wasted by throwing away makeup that I thought was trash, when I could have fixed it. There is no need to throw your money away on perfectly good makeup! If you happen to break your powder makeup, you can easily fix it with alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and patience!  This works for any kind of powder based makeup, such as bronzers, blot powders, eye shadows, whatever! Protein is great before or after a workout. This protein shake also has some extra health benefits, which include chia and hemp seeds. ENJOY!! INGREDIENTS: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 11/2 cup of almond or coconut milk 1 banana 2 dried pitted dates, coarsely chopped 1/4 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract 1 teaspoon of chia seeds 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds Agave nectar or grade b maple syrup (optional) DIRECTIONS: Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
