A simple exercise you can do at home is the ball bridge.  This exercise targets your hamstrings, gluteus, calves, and your core. Beginners: Place both legs on the ball, lift your hips off the ground, while maintaining your hips off the ground bring the ball in with your legs. Perform 4 sets of 15 repetitions each set. Advanced: One leg at a time on the ball, lift your hips off the ground, and bring the ball in towards your gluteus.
