RECIPE OF THE WEEK: GUACAMOLE DIP
This is an absolutely delicious dip that requires no mayo, oil, or sour cream! ENJOY!! INGREDIENTS: 2 medium avocados 3 green onions sprigs (chopped) 1/2 cup frozen corn (thawed) 2 lime (juiced) Sea salt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS: Slice the avocados lengthwise and remove the pit. Scoop out avocado flesh add to a mixing bowl with lime juice and mash avocado and lime juice together using a fork. Then add corn, green onions, salt, pepper mix all together until smooth. COOK’S NOTE: If you like your guacamole chunky don't mash too much. You can also add chopped tomatoes. For a spicier dip you can add some chopped jalapeño peppers!
