DARK CHOCOLATE BARK W/ ALMONDS!
Chocolate! We are now learning chocolate is not bad for us, if it's dark chocolate; this is because of its high contents of antioxidant. Top it off with almonds that are high in protein and Vitamin E, I would say you would being having A BGH approved snack. ENJOY!! INGREDIENTS: Canola oil 10 oz bag of dark chocolate chips (at least 60 to 70 percent cacao) melted 1/4 cup of toasted chopped almonds 1/3 cup or less coarse sea salt DIRECTIONS: Lightly brush an 8 inch baking pan with oil. Line with parchment paper, pour in melted chocolate, smooth into a even layer with a spatula. Sprinkle with almonds and sea salt evenly. Refrigerate until set, for at least 1hour.
