Almond butter toast with bananas and flax seeds

This dish tastes as good as it sounds. To make it extra healthy go for sprouted bread made from whole grains, and flax seeds for extra fiber, with all natural almond butter. ENJOY!! INGREDIENTS: 2/3 cup crunchy almond butter or creamy butter 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon sea salt 2 tablespoons whole flax seeds 2 bananas 4 slices sprouted whole grain bread DIRECTIONS: In a medium bowl, stir together the almond butter, agave nectar or honey, vanilla, until nice well blended. Toast the bread slices, spread the almond butter mixture over the slices of toast. Top with bananas slices and sprinkle each slice of toast with flax seeds.
