Let's build some nice shoulders for those summer sun dresses! As we are building shoulder muscles let's also make them stronger.  Shoulder muscles are prone to injuries, and they are often neglected.  Here's one way to make sure you are keeping your shoulders strong and looking great! This is just what it is tomatoes and basil, a very simple, but delicious meal loaded with lycopene from the tomatoes.  ENYOY!! GET YOUR LEGS AND REAR IN GEAR WITH GOBLET SQUATS

Get your legs and rear in gear this summer with these Goblet Squats! This exercise targets your legs, glutes, shoulders, and core.  With this exercise you should be standing with your legs wide apart while holding a dumbbell right below your chin. Then, squat down as low as possible (as you are able) pushing through your heels, while flexing your glutes as you come backup to the start position.  Perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions each set. This salad is all about the dressing! It takes the place of heavy caesar dressing to a light fresh pear dressing.  ENJOY!! INGREDIENTS: Dressing 1/2 large pear peeled, cored, and diced 1/2 cup extra light virgin olive oil 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste Salad 4 cups lettuce of your choice 1/2 cup pear peeled, cored, and diced 1/3 sliced almonds (optional) 1 avocado diced 2 (4 ounce) grilled chicken breast DIRECTIONS: For the dressing: In a blender or food processor blend together diced pears oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
