Tricep press with oblique crunch.  Target these two areas simultaneously will help reduce love handles as long as you incorporate a good diet. EXERCISE OF THE WEEK: GET RID OF THE FLAB AND START BUILDING MUSCLE

No weights no problem! Grab a set of bands and start building muscle.  This week we'll be performing a super set, two exercises back to back. Cinnamon May Help Regulate Blood Sugar

Do you have diabetes, pre-diabetes, or insulin resistance?  One of the simplest additions to your diet that may help is cinnamon. Several placebo-controlled trials have demonstrated that cinnamon can help to increase glucose metabolism (how efficiently the body processes sugars) and reduce fasting plasma glucose concentration. Cinnamon can slow the emptying of the stomach after eating, thus helping to control postprandial spikes in blood sugar.  Cinnamon may also help to lower triglycerides (likely because of the positive effect on blood sugar levels), and prevent the formation of damaging oxygen radicals in the blood. Tilapia w/sauté vegetables

Tilapia is a nice flaky and light fish that can be prepared in several ways, why not experience them all.  ENJOY !! INGREDIENTS: 4 6oz tilapia fillets 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 cups broccoli florets 1 medium red pepper (chopped) 1 medium onions (chopped) Sea salt and black pepper 1 tsp garlic power DIRECTIONS: In a large skillet heat oil. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add the fillets to heated oil and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Then add vegetables and cook to your personal desire.
