GRILLED LAMB CHOPS

If you don’t want beef, chicken, or pork, but want to keep it simple and light, try lamb.  ENJOY!! INGREDIENTS: 8 lamb chops (Frenched) 3 tablespoons olive oil or grapeseed oil 1 large clove garlic (minced) Sea salt and pepper to taste 3 teaspoon herbes de Provence or Italian season 1tablespoon agave nectar 3 tablespoon fresh mint (chopped) DIRECTIONS: Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil on both sides and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper and garlic herbe de Provence or Italian season.  Let set at room temp for 10 minutes. Studying for a big exam can be stressful. It can affect your performance in school, in the work place, and throughout your daily lives. I personally like to avoid late night studying, which for me causes stress. Instead I try to start studying at least two weeks before a big exam and just do a little bit at a time. EXERCISE OF THE WEEK: “ONE LEG SQUATS”

Time to isolate those legs and make them work a bit harder.  Here's a great exercise to try. To set up grab a bench or a chair and squat away! Burn more calories as you combine these two exercises together! While strengthening your core, building your obliques, and shoulders all at the same time.
