HOW TO — USE CRYSTALS TO ENHANCE YOUR GIFT

Almost 6 months ago we discussed how crystals are used to create effects on our bodies and onto others. I recently came across a short article listing 4 easy and creative ideas on how to use crystals.  Click on the link below to view: http://thespiritscience.net/2014/06/19/4-ways-to-heal-your-body-with-crystals/ It is my hope to continue to enhance the knowledge and everyday use of crystals. I wear one around my neck and/or carry a bag of them every day and I truly believe it enhances my emotions. I frequently use them with my massage and nursing clients. For more tips please feel free to email or call me. ABUSING ALCOHOL HURTS MORE THAN JUST YOU

Alcohol is one of the most socially acceptable, mind/ emotion altering substances available legally. It's not surprising that most families and relationships in America are, in some way, negatively affected by alcohol. It's very common for you, your friends, or your parents to go out for dinner and drinks but, what happens when the drinks become dinner? I've noticed how easy it can be for loved ones to hide an alcohol problem for years. Recognizing that is not the issue, recognizing what it has done and is doing to you is what's important. Your loved one may possess any of the following traits: lying about whereabouts or being excessively late coming home to events, difficulty keeping a job, poor memory, poor eating habits, anger or self-esteem issues, personality or bipolar disorder, sleep...

DAILY HAIR-CARE GUIDE TO HEALTHY HAIR

Whether you have relaxed or natural hair, the journey to achieving or maintaining healthy looking hair remains the same. I’m not going to lie, I lack knowledge of the daily steps to keep my hair growing and not breaking. My life is extremely busy and can sometimes be quite hectic juggling several different task at once. Overall, basic hair care maintenance is something that I know very little about, let alone practice on a regular basis, but I’ve recently been determined to change. So when I...
