Once you know how much you plan to spend a month try to stay in the parameters of the goal. One of the best ways to save is not to have easy access to the money! It just works out best when you kinda forget it’s there. Talk to your banking representative about automatic transfers and setting up accounts that don’t make it so accessible for you to withdraw from. For Instance, Virtual banks have become popular for that reason. Talk to your local Insurance agent about life Insurance policies that build value or annuities that accrue...

SOME TIMES “IT IS” ALL ABOUT YOU!

So as a health blogger I’m supposed to tell you about how amazing I am all the time, right?  Well… this passed few weeks stress and some emotional things have me seriously bugged out. You know, the consuming thoughts, poor concentration and cry worthy stuff?  BUT!  On my hardest day, I found something that lit the tunnel so I could see the end. I heard a great podcast on “The Yogahealer Real Life Show”.  She suggested a simple, gifting-yourself-exercise, unique enough to bring my shoulders down and allow a smile to replace my resting-stressed-face.  She suggested speaking out loud: The reasons your family loves you The reasons your besties call you bestie The reasons you found the career you loved The reasons you love your body All that...
