Black Girl Health Kickstart Health Expo This year, BGH hosted its 3rd annual Kickstart Health Expo that focused on encouraging African American women to improve their quality of life through health, wellness, beauty, fitness, and nutrition. There were more than 200 women that filled the halls of Crowne Plaza in Harrisburg, PA - all wanting to learn how to live a better life. Workshops and More! During the event, more than 10 workshops were hosted by certified nutritionists, as well as yoga and Zumba instructors.
