If you haven’t jumped on the podcast bandwagon yet, you’ll want to after reading this. When it comes to the world of beauty, health, and wellness we’re so used to watching videos and downloading every new app, that I’m not surprised to find that so many of us overlook the power of a good podcast to help keep us informed, empowered, and inspired when it comes to taking care of ourselves. While I’m not here to convince you to delete your favorite apps and close your Youtube tab (trust me, mine are still open too), what I do want is to introduce you to another tool you can add to your commitment to yourself.
