Avocado Chocolate Pudding


No more feeling guilty about eating that chocolate pudding, this recipe is a healthy way to use avocados. ENJOY!!

INGREDIENTS:

3 large avocados, (soft and ripe)

1/4 cup cacao powder

5 to 6 Tablespoons coconut milk

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

2 Teaspoons coconut oil

2 to 3 Tablespoons agave nectar or raw honey (to taste)

DIRECTIONS:

Combine avocados, cacao powder, coconut oil, coconut milk, vanilla extract, agave nectar or honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

COOK’S NOTE:

You can use almond milk or whole milk instead of coconut milk. You can also add a pinch of sea salt.
