Ashanti Keeps Her Figure With Healthy Habits

This week’s #WCW goes to the beautiful music artist Ashanti.

Most know her from being the first lady of the popular record label, Murder Inc., but these days she’s flying solo. Ashanti has always been known for her sexy curves and toned body. After being in the game for more than a decade, not much has changed. She continues to be one of the industry’s most admired beauties.

Miss Ashanti has been noted as saying she has been a victim to yo-yo dieting and does have to work hard to keep her figure. According to, Ashanti states that “She has been counting her calories, and it works amazingly well. Obviously, you still need to go to the gym, get on the bike and sweat it out. But if you do about 350 calories per meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and add two snacks in between, you’re golden.” Along with her strict diet, Ashanti also regularly works out.  She loves to get on the bike while at the gym. Aside from biking, she also works with her trainer doing 15 to 20 minutes of abs, then free weights, cardio, and some boxing.
