Her unique style, beauty and fitness routine lands Karrueche Tran in our #WCW spotlight.
We first heard about this week’s #WCW when she came to the scene as R&B sensation Chris Brown’s girlfriend. Now this beauty has made a name all on her own. Karrueche Tran is acting and has been featured in many magazines and blogs around the world for her style and beauty expertise. So how does this young beauty keep her glow? Well, according to allure.com, she drinks tons of water and she makes sure that she cuts out fast food. She’s also adopted a sure fire night-time skin routine which consists of cleaning her skin every night and spraying on Mario Badescu facial spray with aloe, herbs, and rosewater.
When it comes to diet and exercise Karrueche tries to make it to the gym at least 4-5 times a week. Although naturally petite, she still does cardio and strength training exercises to stay healthy and vibrant. Tran has been known to incorporate other workouts such as boxing and TRX which is a suspension workout. As far as her diet goes she admits not adhering to a strict diet, but she does enjoy eating healthy. A typical day consists of fruit/oatmeal for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, and a salad for dinner. This 28 year old is continuing to show the world she is more than Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend. Which is why we’re crushing on her this week.
