4 SIMPLE TRICKS THAT WILL KEEP YOUR NATURAL NAIL HEALTHY

  1.  To prevent brittle dry nails, eat a vitamin rich well balanced diet. 
  2. To remove staining on nails clean nails with baking soda and scrub under each nail, you can also add lemon juice and/or peroxide for more of a whitening effect.
  3. Protect your nail even if you don’t wear polish, at least keep a clear coat on your nails. Also while using any chemicals or detergents put gloves on. 
  4. Last but not least, keep your cuticles moisturized and NO cutting cuticles, only push them back (as they are barrier protectors).
