One Women’s Story On Why She Decided to Transform Her Body!

When You Know It’s Time to Change

It takes courage to want to transform your body and lifestyle. It’s not an easy decision to make nor an easy journey to take. You have to find motivation and understand your “why.” Why should I get healthy? Why should I workout? Why should I change my lifestyle? The reasons behind your journey has to come from you. So, the next time you doubt yourself before working towards becoming healthy and fit, take a look at this mother’s journey. This should help you figure out your “why.”

#transforming I'm looking at these pics like where did the time go. My baby is growing up so fast. I remember when I had Nylah I couldn't believe how much my body changed. I didnt even recognize myself. Even as an athlete growing up I did not exercise much during pregnancy with her and after giving birth I was just not trying to do anything. I was a new mom I was struggling to breastfeed because she was just not latching and I was frustrated and so emotional about it wanted everything naturally. It was not easy having a little person to take care whilst trying to take care of yourself. Still being newly-weds, newborn…Sh!t it was rough, and I had recently transition to civilian life and was trying to get my life in order. I was taking night classes and working part time. Gym… What's that! It took me a year after giving birth to start back training. I took my time to enjoy my baby and to get back into it rather than being suck into social media and #snapbacks. With Nyomi tried to jump back into but needed the time so I did the same enjoyed her and then got back into it. That's just how it is sometimes. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #healthyme #healthjourney #healthyandhappy #meatless #lifestylechanges #proteins #butternutsquash #holisticnutrition #nourishing #foodmatters #eatgoodfeelgood #eatgreen #meatlessmonday #fitdutchie #sweetpotatoes #healthtips #nourishyourbody #fitfoods #gethealthy #absaremadeinthekitchen #juicing #eatingclean #superfoods #eatrealfood #organicfood #weightlossjourney #healthylifestyle #bodylabtv

Key Takeaway

Become healthy and transform your body because you want to … not because of the opinion of others.
