The notoriously funny and beautiful Chrissy Teigen lands in this weeks #WomanCrushWednesday spotlight. Find out how the new mom keeps her body snatched and free of toxins.

This beauty came on to the scene as a fashion model. Now she has evolved into a cook, talk show host, mother, and wife. This week’s #wcw goes to the outgoing and beautiful Chrissy Teigen. Now married to music super star John Legend and mother to a gorgeous baby girl named Luna, Teigen is even more stunning. It is no secret that Chrissy loves food, but she still tries to incorporate healthy eating habits into her diet. Teigen likes to stick to a low carb diet filled with protein and vegetables.

She also is known for going on detox cleanse to keep her body operating properly. One of her favorite cleanses is the lemonade diet which consist of “three nutrient laden green smoothies, one pineapple, one cup of cashew milk, lemon juice with maple syrup and cayenne pepper” for 10 days.  To keep her body in shape she gives much credit to Physique 57. “The workout pours out all the harmful toxins off her body and bestows her sleeker and curvier look. She hits the classes numerous times in a week. Instead of working out on her own, the sultry model adores exercising in a group, where she can witness other people putting their entire energy into workouts.” This hot momma is showing the world how it’s done.
